I have been using Mr. Lefaucheux's guns for a long time, and I declare that the various changes he has made have brought this weapon to a high degree of perfection, in terms of the simplicity of the mechanism, the quickness of loading, and the accuracy and range of the shot. I add that, of all the guns, it is the one that offers the most safety to the hunter, due to the extreme ease of removing or replacing the charge in the barrels, without the slightest inconvenience.
